キーサイトのEDA製品（ADS、EMProなど）やデータマネジメント製品（SOS）をご利用いただくお客様に対し、ポストセールス アプリケーション エンジニアとして、導入後の技術サポートを提供します。また、業務の一環としてプリセールス活動の技術支援も行います。

主な役割は以下の通りです。

• 技術サポート対応
  お客様からの技術的なお問い合わせに対し、迅速かつ的確に対応します。お客様の課題や背景を正確に理解し、最適な解決策や活用方法をご提案することで、製品の価値を最大限に引き出します。
• 顧客トレーニングの提供
  Keysight EDAツール（ADS、EMProなど）やデータマネジメント製品（SOS）に関するトレーニングを実施し、お客様がシミュレーションツールを効果的に活用できるよう支援します。これにより、設計課題の解決および開発効率の向上に貢献します。
• プリセールス支援
  営業活動における技術的な側面をサポートし、お客様の要件に適したソリューション提案を支援します。

また、お客様の問題解決に向けては、製品開発部門（R&D）や営業部門と密接に連携し、最適な対応を行います。サポートは以下の複数チャネルを通じて提供します。

• Webポータル
• 電子メール
• 電話
• オンサイト対応

これらの取り組みを通じて、お客様のニーズに的確に応え、継続的なカスタマーサクセスを目指していただきます。

• Degree in electronics or physics including RF/microwave and Digital knowledge, with typically 3 to 8 years of practical experience in System design, Digital or Circuit design.
• Significant knowledge of one or several of Keysight EDA Tools ( ADS)
• Knowledge of design data management/version control
• Significant background in non-Keysight EDA Tools like Sigrity, SIwave, HSPICE, HFSS environment.
• Good understanding of one or several of following applications: High Speed Digital including Signal and Power Integrity, RFµW, Electromagnetic .
• Fluent in written and spoken Japanese.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with customers, Sales Organization and R&D.
• Proficiency with Cadence Skill
• Expertise in Keysight's (Formerly ClioSoft's) SOS or other design data management solutions
• Experience supporting web-based applications
• Experience with PLM tools
• System administration / networking

• 大卒以上、かつ電子工学、物理学、またはそれに類する専攻
• PCB設計、高速デジタルアプリケーション、RF/MW回路設計 または、データマネジメントに関する 3 ～ 8年の実務経験があることが望ましい
• Keysight EDAツール(ADS)、または同様の他社ツール(Sigrity, SIwave, HSPICE, HFSS)の使用経験があることが望ましい
• 高速デジタルテクノロジー（USB、DDR、イーサネットなど）、電磁界解析に関する専門知識があることが望ましい
• 基本的なプログラミングスキル（Pythonなど）があることが望ましい
• 顧客、営業部門、開発部門と業務を進める上での優れたコミュニケーション能力と問題解決能力
• 円滑に業務を進める上での日本語能力
• 英語でのコミュニケーション能力（TOEIC> 650が望ましい）
• Cadence Skill
• KeysightのSOSまたはその他の設計データ管理ソリューションに関する専門知識
• Webベースアプリケーションのサポート経験
• PLMツールの経験
• システム管理／ネットワーク
