eCommerce Product Manager

Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers’ products. As of 2024, TSMC serves more than 500 customers and manufactures over 11,000 products for high-performance computing, smartphones, the Internet of Things (IoT), automotive, and digital consumer electronics. It is the world’s largest provider of logic ICs, with an annual capacity of over 17 million 12-inch equivalent wafers in 2025. TSMC operates fabs in Taiwan as well as manufacturing subsidiaries in Washington State, Japan and China, and the Company began construction on a specialty technology fab in Dresden, Germany, in 2024. In Arizona, TSMC is building three fabs, with the first starting 4nm production in 2025, the second by 2028, and the third by the end of the decade.

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Product Manager to oversee the development and enhancement of enterprise business systems, including CRM, PLM, SCM, and Logistics.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

1. Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, defining feature sets and long-term strategies for enterprise business systems.

2. Evaluate current business processes and systems, identify inefficiencies and gaps, and develop actionable solutions to enhance overall enterprise effectiveness.

3. Conceptualize and design cutting-edge solution architectures and features that address business requirements and deliver measurable improvements in system performance.

4. Utilize AI solution to identify opportunities for intelligent process optimization, enhanced decision-making, and innovation across enterprise business systems.

Job Qualifications

Other Requirements

1. 10+ years of relevant experience in business/system analysis, product management, or project management within software development.

2. Familiarity with semiconductor processes or commercial enterprise package solutions is highly advantageous.

3. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities; strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and stakeholders.

4. Self-driven, results-oriented, and committed to integrity and excellence in delivering impactful solutions.

5. Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals within timeframes and budgets.

6. Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
