Job Responsibilities
Job Description (Responsibility)
HR Core Modules
1. Own the product strategy and roadmap for HR core modules and translate HR domain requirements and compliance needs into clear product specifications, and drive delivery from concept through launch and iteration.
2. Define and track product KPIs (adoption, engagement, data accuracy, operational efficiency) and continuously improve module usability and value.
Global Experience
1. Design HR products for global deployment: multi-country payroll and statutory compliance, localization (language, currency, time zone, calendar), and region-specific labor regulations
2. Balance a unified global core with configurable local variations, ensuring scalability across countries, entities, and employee populations.
Workflow Integration
1. Define the integration strategy connecting HR modules with the broader enterprise ecosystem.
2. Drive end-to-end workflow automation across the employee lifecycle (hire-to-retire), including approval flows, notifications, and cross-system orchestration.
AI Capability
1. Define and prioritize AI-powered product capabilities such as intelligent HR assistants/chatbots, resume screening and talent matching, workforce analytics and attrition prediction, anomaly detection, and generative AI for HR content and self-service.
2. Partner with data engineering teams to take AI features from experimentation to production, with clear success metrics and feedback loops.
Team Leadership
1. Lead, coach, and grow a team of 3–5 product managers/product owners; set goals, review outcomes, and develop talent.
2. Establish product management best practices — discovery, prioritization frameworks, roadmap, communication, and data-informed decision making.
Job Qualifications
Other Requirements
1. 10+ years of professional experience, with significant product management experience in HR software (HCM, HRIS, payroll, talent management) or closely related enterprise SaaS.
2. Proven experience leading and managing a product team (3–5 members or more), including hiring, coaching, and performance development.
3. Deep functional knowledge of HR core modules and HR operational processes across the employee lifecycle.
4. Demonstrated success delivering products for global markets, including localization and multi-country compliance.
5. Experience shipping AI/ML-powered product features, or strong working knowledge of applying AI (including LLMs/generative AI) in enterprise products.
6. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills; able to engage from working teams to C-level.
7. Fluent English; able to work effectively with global, cross-cultural teams.
8. Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
