Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for all types of student, intern and other Early Career Talent positions in Hungary.
- Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to develop effective recruitment strategies and identify future talent needs.
- Develop and continuously improve University Relations practices and partnerships, aligned with Infineon's global strategy.
- Identify and coordinate relevant university events, career fairs, site visits and talent attraction activities, while supporting our network of University Relations ambassadors.
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, student organizations and external partners across Hungary.
- Track and evaluate key recruitment and University Relations metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinate student community activities and support local initiatives focused on attracting and engaging early career talent.
- Manage student-related HR processes, including dual education programs, evaluations, attendance tracking and other administrative activities.
Your profile
You enjoy working with people, building meaningful partnerships, and turning ideas into action. You thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same and are comfortable balancing operational activities with strategic initiatives while collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed- University degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Economics, Marketing, Business or a related field.
- At least 1 years of working experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, University Relations or Employer Branding.
- Experience in organizing events and driving projects from idea to execution.
- Good knowledge of the Hungarian higher education landscape, ideally within STEM-related fields.
- Strong stakeholder management and networking skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with business leaders, universities and students.
- Proactive, structured and solution-oriented way of working.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent Hungarian and English language skills
