Today, we are recruiting for a Document Controller to join our team in Egypt. This is an excellent career opportunity for professionals looking to join a truly international team in one of the biggest projects of Siemens Mobility.
What are my responsibilities?
- Assist with the registration, tracking, and control of project documents.
- Conduct formal document checks to ensure correct formatting, numbering, and revision control.
- Coordinate with project teams to follow up on document updates, corrections, and submissions.
- Maintain accurate document records and ensure timely distribution of project documentation.
- Support the printing and preparation of project documents when required.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Hands-on experience with ProjectWise and Aconex.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as Adobe.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
