Your Responsibilities – Shaping, Not Just Managing:

  • Document Lifecycle Management: You will design strategies for the entire lifecycle of our documents – from creation and usage and audit proof archiving – and ensure their stringent and controlled implementation.
  • Definition & Establishment of Standards: The definition and establishment of criteria for identifying, classifying, and managing all relevant documents and information are in your hands – you will create full transparency and traceability.
  • Operational Project Document Management: You will take operational responsibility for document management in projects, ensure compliance with defined standards, customer requirements and actively support project teams in the efficient management of their documents.
  • Document Delivery and Quality Control: You will monitor document status, maintain relevant document lists, coordinate incoming and outgoing documentation, and ensure that project documents are quality checked before submission.
  • System and Process Support: You will act as a key user for document management tools, support project teams in using the systems correctly, and contribute to continuous improvement of document management processes.
  • Strategic Impulse Setting: Your active participation in project and strategy meetings will be characterized by your conceptual input and your ability to drive and communicate decisions in the area of information and digitalization.
  • Process Optimization: You will establish and optimize processes for efficient document management to maximize the discoverability, accessibility, and integrity of our data and minimize compliance risks.

What You Bring – Your Personality Counts!

We are not just looking for a specialist, but a leader who loves challenges and wants to actively shape the change in how we handle documents.

  • Education: A successfully completed university degree (Bachelor, Master). Relevant educational background is preferred.
  • Project experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience with document control or document management in engineering, infrastructure, railway or similarly complex projects.
  • Tool experience: Sound and proven knowledge of SAP is preferred. Experience with SharePoint, OneDrive and MS Office tools is expected.
  • Language Skills: Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken, (at least B2 level) for confident communication in our international environment and excellent Slovak language skills (at least B2 level).
  • Your Personality – Your Management Focus:
    • You take full responsibility for document management in your projects and, if necessary, coordinate team members or external service providers.
    • With your strategic thinking, you recognize dependencies and develop future-oriented solutions for complex challenges in document management.
    • Your strong communication skills enable you to convince stakeholders and achieve common goals in the sense of effective document management.
    • You work independently but are also a team player who keeps the overall success and document strategy in mind.
    • A systematic and reliable way of working is a matter of course for you – even under high demands for data integrity and compliance.
