Director, Supply Chain Engineering
The Director of Supply Chain Data Systems is responsible for defining and executing the strategy, architecture, and engineering of the data platforms, systems, and digital capabilities that power Supply Chain Operations. This leader will transform operational, manufacturing, product, and supply chain data into scalable engineering solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.
This role oversees the development of data systems supporting manufacturing operations, yield management, product genealogy, quality, inventory, supplier performance, and data center hardware lifecycle management. The Director partners closely with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, IT, Product Management, and Business Intelligence teams to build modern, scalable platforms that improve operational efficiency, visibility, and business performance.
The ideal candidate combines expertise in software engineering, data architecture, cloud technologies, and supply chain operations with strong leadership skills to build high-performing engineering teams and deliver enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $137,100 to $306,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Responsibilities
Data Systems Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute the long-term strategy for Supply Chain Data Systems aligned with organizational objectives.
- Build and lead a high-performing engineering organization focused on data platforms, applications, integrations, and analytics.
- Develop technology roadmaps that enable future manufacturing and supply chain capabilities.
- Ensure solutions are secure, reliable, scalable, and maintainable through modern software engineering practices.
- Deliver engineering platforms that enable operational dashboards, executive reporting, and self-service analytics.
Manufacturing Data Systems
- Develop platforms that capture, manage, and analyze manufacturing yield, process performance, and operational metrics.
- Build systems that enable real-time visibility into factory performance, product quality, and manufacturing health.
- Enable predictive analytics for manufacturing efficiency and capacity planning.
- Ensure data integrity across engineering, manufacturing, and operational systems.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or related technical discipline.
- Master's degree preferred.
Experience
- 12+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, enterprise systems, or data platform development.
- 7+ years leading engineering organizations.
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale software platforms supporting manufacturing or supply chain operations.
- Experience leading cross-functional digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience managing globally distributed engineering teams
- Experience supporting large-scale manufacturing operations.
- Experience with hardware supply chains and data center infrastructure.
- Knowledge of manufacturing yield analysis and operational metrics.
