  • Drive cross-functional alignment among technical, operational, commercial, and leadership stakeholders in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Proactively surface risks, constraints, resource conflicts, and delivery barriers; facilitate resolution and escalate decisions when appropriate.
  • Translate complex technical and business information into clear, concise updates and recommendations for senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
  • Develop portfolio-level views of initiatives, including prioritization, resource needs, schedules, risks, costs, progress, and tradeoffs.
  • Establish a culture of accountability, ownership, continuous improvement, and solution-oriented problem solving.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop team members, including program managers, project managers, planners, and technical contributors as applicable.
  • Partner with project owners, sponsors, and leaders to build credibility through accurate forecasting, transparent communication, and clearly defined expectations.
