Director, Product Management - App Ads, Demand Tech Products
Amazon Ads App Ads helps marketers and app developers promote their products across mobile, CTV, and device apps at scale. You will own this system end to end leading a team of product managers, engineers, and applied scientists to deliver industry leading customer results for marketers and app developers of all shapes and sizes.
The App Ads team sits at the intersection of ad tech, large-scale data infrastructure, and applied ML. Our systems process billions of bid requests daily, fusing multiple shopping and app signal sources to determine where an impression opportunity is coming from and whether we should show an advertiser's ad to that consumer at that time to maximize the probability that they will be interested in installing an app or purchasing within that app. The challenge is that the app space is changing rapidly with AI and chat agent usage, understanding how shoppers and consumers use apps for daily utility, shopping, news, or entertainment is noisy and evolving quickly. Your job is to build products to help marketers and app developers run successful campaigns across this rapidly evolving space.
