Director, Product Management - agentOS Marketplace & MonetizationAbout your role
Own how financial institutions discover, evaluate, activate, consume, and pay for Fiserv-built, client-configured, and partner-built agents. The role connects marketplace experience with catalog, packaging, entitlements, provisioning, metering, rating, billing, invoicing, and financial operations.
This role owns the commercial product architecture behind the marketplace. The candidate can discuss commercial models with clients and Sales, integration requirements with Engineering, and invoicing, taxation, revenue recognition, and controls with Finance.
What you'll do
- Define strategy and roadmap for marketplace, catalog, packaging, pricing, entitlements, provisioning, metering, rating, billing, invoicing, and partner commercial capabilities.
- Own the commercial journey from product definition and discovery through contracting, activation, consumption, renewal, expansion, adjustment, dispute, and retirement.
- Define how agentOS offerings, packages, prices, credits, entitlements, and billing attributes flow through eCRM and related catalog, provisioning, billing, and reporting systems.
- Design flexible subscription, usage, transaction, query, outcome, committed-consumption, tiered, credit-based, and hybrid pricing and billing models.
- Define credit purchase, allocation, consumption, replenishment, expiration, overages, discounts, adjustments, refunds, reconciliation, and audit trails.
- Establish transparent experiences for usage, credit balances, consumption drivers, forecasted spend, charges, invoices, and dispute investigation.
- Partner with Finance, Accounting, and Tax to translate policy into invoicing, taxation, revenue recognition, financial control, reconciliation, and reporting requirements.
- Partner with Engineering, Sales, Legal, Product Marketing, Operations, and Product Partnerships on usage events, integrations, offers, economics, and launch readiness.
Experience you'll need to have
- 8+ years of product management experience with enterprise SaaS, marketplaces, billing, fintech, payments, commercial platforms, or related products.
- Experience with product catalog, entitlement, provisioning, metering, rating, billing, invoicing, reconciliation, financial reporting, or contract-to-cash workflows.
- Experience defining subscription, consumption, transaction, outcome, committed-use, credit-based, or hybrid commercial models.
- Strong technical fluency across APIs, usage events, commercial data flows, integrations, controls, and platform architecture.
- Practical AI fluency, including using AI-assisted tools to produce analyses, commercial models, prototypes, requirements, and executive-ready presentations.
- Financial-services commercialization fluency and the ability to partner credibly with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Sales, Engineering, and clients.
Experience that would be great to have
- Experience with eCRM or a comparable product catalog and inventory platform.
- Experience designing pricing or billing for AI, cloud, API, data, or variable-consumption products.
- Experience with marketplace distribution, partner revenue sharing, settlement, or financial-services platforms.
- Experience designing client experiences for usage transparency, invoice explanation, reconciliation, or disputes.
How you'll work
This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Travel requirements will align with the approved requisition.
Salary Range
$163,200.00 - $244,800.00These pay ranges apply to employees in Sunnyvale, California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
