Introduction to the job

Supports the development and execution of the company's investor relations program by helping communicate the company's strategy, financial performance, and long-term value proposition to the investment community.

This role serves as a key partner to senior management, providing market intelligence, investor feedback, shareholder analysis, and support for earnings, investor meetings, and capital markets events.

The successful candidate will possess strong financial and analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep interest in financial markets, semi technology and industry trends.

Role and responsibilities

Investor & Analyst Engagement

  • Support ongoing engagement with institutional investors, sell-side analysts, and other capital market participants.
  • Participate in investor meetings, roadshows, conferences, and non-deal roadshows.
  • Prepare briefing materials for management ahead of investor interactions.
  • Capture and summarize investor feedback and key discussion themes.

Earnings & Financial Communications

  • Support the preparation and execution of quarterly results communication
  • Draft investor presentations, earnings materials, and investor updates.
  • Assist in developing messaging around financial performance and strategy
  • Coordinate with Finance, Communications, and Legal teams to ensure consistent disclosures.

Market Intelligence & Analysis

  • Monitor analyst reports, research publications, estimate revisions, and price target changes.
  • Track shareholder ownership trends and investor activity.
  • Analyze valuation metrics and peer company performance.
  • Prepare regular capital market related intelligence reports for senior management.

Investor Targeting & Shareholder Analytics

  • Support shareholder targeting initiatives and investor outreach strategies.
  • Analyze ownership data and identify opportunities to broaden the shareholder base.
  • Evaluate investor engagement effectiveness.

Capital Markets Events

  • Support planning and execution of:
    • Capital Markets Days
    • Industry conferences
    • Roadshows
    • Site visits
    • Analyst events
  • Coordinate meeting schedules and logistics.
  • Prepare post-event feedback summaries and action plans.

Education and experience

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or related field.

Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in, Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, marketing, product management or strategy
  • Experience analyzing financial statements and valuation metrics.
  • Semiconductor, technology knowledge, customer experience

Skills

Financial & Analytical Skills

  • Strong understanding of financial statements and company valuation.
  • Experience analyzing earnings, consensus estimates, and market expectations.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to synthesize large volumes of information into concise insights.

Communication Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical and financial topics clearly.
  • Strong presentation development skills.

Relationship Management

  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Ability to interact effectively with investors, analysts, executives, and internal teams.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion.

Reports to: Head of Investor Relations
Location: Flexible / Global Headquarters
Travel: 30% international travel required

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
