
Director, Digital Strategy - Technology
The Opportunity

This Director role sits within Adobe’s Technology vertical, partnering with organizations across hardware, software, and emerging technology sectors. You will lead a team of digital strategists and serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, helping them navigate change, identify new opportunities, and turn technology investments into business results. We are looking for an AI-native leader with a bias for action - someone who can translate emerging trends into practical strategies, inspire customers with what's possible, and help shape how Adobe applies AI and digital innovation to create value across the technology industry.

What You'll Do
Lead and develop a high-performing team of digital strategists, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, continuous growth, and an AI-native approach that embraces experimentation, learning, and new ways of creating value.
Lead executive-level strategy engagements across the Tech sector, serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders by demonstrating how AI, Adobe solutions, and emerging technologies can accelerate enterprise-wide transformation, drive business value, and create measurable impact.
Lead teams in developing data-driven insights, strategic recommendations, and compelling executive narratives that address complex business challenges.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders while partnering closely with Adobe Sales, Product, and Industry teams to drive customer success and business growth.
Develop and share industry thought leadership, real-world transformation stories, and best practices across the Tech sectors.
Drive operational excellence across engagements, including resource planning, quality assurance, and business performance.
Identify emerging customer needs, influencing strategic priorities, shaping product and GTM strategies, and build industry partnerships that strengthen Adobe’s market leadership.
What You Need to Succeed
15+ years of experience in technology, digital strategy, management consulting, customer experience, or transformation leadership.
Deep expertise in one or more technology sectors, including hardware, semiconductor, software, or technology services.
Proven success advising senior executives on AI, customer experience, digital transformation, and business modernization initiatives, with experience developing strategies that translate into measurable business outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to build executive relationships, influence strategic decisions, and partner effectively with Sales organizations to drive growth.
Exceptional executive presence, communication, storytelling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong people leadership experience with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
Experience with Adobe Creative & Experience Clouds and/or comparable digital experience and marketing technology platforms.
MBA or an advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred; willingness to travel up to 30%.

Expected Pay Range:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $176,900 -- $323,350 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

In California, the pay range for this position is $223,300 - $323,350
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
