KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Structure and execute project finance transactions supporting AMD's data center and infrastructure programs, including credit support arrangements and optimized capital structures.
• Lead equipment financing transactions, including lease structures, sale-leasebacks, and secured facilities for technology and infrastructure assets.
• Execute investment-grade debt capital markets transactions, including unsecured bonds, term loans, and revolving credit facilities.
• Own transaction strategy, diligence, documentation, approvals, and closing timelines while coordinating Legal, Tax, Accounting, Treasury, and business workstreams.
• Build and maintain relationships with project finance lenders, banks, institutional investors, sponsors, developers, and rating agency analysts.
• Develop financial models, credit analyses, scenario evaluations, and executive-level materials to support approvals and strategic decisions.
• Monitor market conditions and advise Treasury leadership on financing structure, timing, risk, and capital allocation considerations.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
• Demonstrated success executing complex capital markets, structured finance, project finance, private credit, or equipment finance transactions.
• Expertise across at least two of the following areas: project finance, equipment financing, private credit, structured finance, or investment-grade debt capital markets.
• Experience independently structuring and closing large-scale financing transactions, including transactions valued at $100 million or more.
• Strong financial modeling and credit analysis capabilities, including familiarity with investment-grade rating agency processes.
• Experience financing data center, technology infrastructure, power generation, or other capital-intensive projects.
• Background within a leading investment bank, infrastructure-focused private credit platform, or large-cap corporate treasury organization.
• Executive-level communication skills and the ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear recommendations.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field is desired.
• MBA or CFA designation is preferred.
