YOUR ROLE 

Digital Workplace Service Managers work closely with suppliers, partners and internal users to ensure continuous improvements of the IT service quality. They ensure that IT best practices are maintained, and onsite services provided to business organizations on their respective sites are in accordance with service-level objectives.

Here are the main responsibilities you will have as Digital Workplace Service Manager:

DTIT Support and Workplace Hardware & Tools
  • Support for end user workplace services (MS Office365 tools, Telephony, Email, Audio and Web Conferencing, Mobility, ST standard workplace hardware and tools).
  • Management of printer services and contract.
  • Timely deployment of IT standards on PC software, tools, and accessories.
  • Monitor hardware lifecycle and obsolescence management. Coordinate deployment, replacement, disposal and inventory activities. 
  • Follow up PR/PO activities related to workplace services.
  • Support central team project deployment and ensure compliance to DTIT standard per technology.
  • Complies to safety, environment and security policies of the site.
  • Compliance to the internal and external audits.
Incident & Escalation Management
  • Act as site escalation point/level as per operational level objectives. Reports/ feedback to service delivery management team about incidents and any system interruption/disruption.
  • Coordinate resolution of critical user-impacting issues. Support root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions. 
  • Ensure workplace IT services meet agreed SLA and operational targets.
  • Monitor service performance and user satisfaction.
  • Drive continuous improvement of workplace services.
Change Request & Service Management
  • Ensure end to end coordination for any change requests to IT services.
  • Ensure change requests are done with zero impact and within committed dates.
  • Coordinates to site operations and end-users for any software and hardware upgrade.
  • Communicate service impacts and planned changes.
Business Relationship Management
  • Act as local DTIT representative for site management, HR, Finance and business users.
  • Translate business requirements into service improvements.
  • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships on site.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Knowledge of workplace technologies including Windows, Microsoft 365 tools, Telephony, Email, Audio and Web Conferencing, Mobility, ST standard workplace hardware and tools.
  • Experience of Incident, Problem, Change and Asset Management processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working in multinational environments.
  • Strong ability to listen, question and reformulate the need and are able to communicate with people in different levels. Fluency in English is a prerequisite.
