Digital Transformation and AI Application Manager/Section Manager

Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers’ products. As of 2024, TSMC serves more than 500 customers and manufactures over 11,000 products for high-performance computing, smartphones, the Internet of Things (IoT), automotive, and digital consumer electronics. It is the world’s largest provider of logic ICs, with an annual capacity of over 17 million 12-inch equivalent wafers in 2025. TSMC operates fabs in Taiwan as well as manufacturing subsidiaries in Washington State, Japan and China, and the Company began construction on a specialty technology fab in Dresden, Germany, in 2024. In Arizona, TSMC is building three fabs, with the first starting 4nm production in 2025, the second by 2028, and the third by the end of the decade.

Job Responsibilities

1. Manage and coordinate Q&R IT projects and promote AI applications to accelerate Q&R digital transformation.

2. Work closely with IT/CIM to ensure sufficient resources for efficient Q&R IT product development.

3. Consolidate Q&R IT requests, simplify workflows, and translate them into effective requirements for IT.

4. Introduce Q&R-applicable systems, platforms, and tools.

5. Drive continuous innovation by applying and promoting AI/ML technologies within Q&R.

Job Qualifications

1. Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related field, with 10+ years of IT/AI experience in the semiconductor industry.

2. At least 3+ years of leadership experience.

3. At least 3+ years of experience in organizational IT project management.

4. Proactive, optimistic, and enterprising attitude.
