Digital Solution Area Specialists - Arabic Speaker

Digital Enterprise Sales (DES), part of Microsoft’s Global Enterprise Sales organization, helps enterprise customers achieve their business goals through Microsoft Cloud solutions and digital innovation.

As an AI Workforce Specialist, you will help enterprise customers across the Middle East and Africa identify opportunities to transform the way they work through AI-powered solutions. You will collaborate with customers, partners, and internal teams to drive AI adoption, accelerate digital transformation, and deliver business outcomes.

• Engage with enterprise customers to identify business challenges and AI transformation opportunities.
• Collaborate with account teams and partners to develop and grow customer opportunities.
• Position AI-powered solutions that help customers achieve business objectives.
• Deliver customer presentations, demonstrations, and workshops.
• Build trusted relationships with business and technical stakeholders.
• Support pipeline growth and successful opportunity execution.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field AND technology-related sales or account management experience.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.

Preferred Qualifications

• Solution sales or consulting services sales experience.
• Experience engaging with enterprise customers and decision-makers.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• French is a plus.

Digital Solution Area Specialists IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across Ireland is € 62,200.00 - € 92,100.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
