You Are

You are an experienced Digital Design Architect with a proven track record of defining and delivering complex SoC, subsystem, and interface IP architectures. You possess deep expertise in high-speed digital design, microarchitecture development, RTL implementation, and system-level performance optimization.

You excel at translating product requirements into scalable architectural solutions and driving technical alignment across globally distributed engineering teams. You enjoy solving complex design challenges, influencing product strategy, and mentoring engineers to deliver industry-leading silicon solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

• Define and drive next-generation digital architectures for high-performance Interface and Die-to-Die (D2D) IP solutions.
• Develop microarchitectures and design specifications for advanced digital subsystems and protocol implementations.
• Lead architecture exploration, performance modeling, and tradeoff analysis across power, performance, area, and scalability.
• Guide RTL design, integration, and verification activities throughout the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with system architects, verification engineers, firmware teams, and silicon validation teams to ensure successful product delivery.
• Drive technical innovation and influence product roadmaps for emerging chiplet-based architectures and advanced interconnect technologies.
• Support customer engagements by translating application requirements into robust architectural solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and architectural direction across cross-functional engineering teams.

What You'll Need

• BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MS or PhD preferred.
• 20+ years of experience in digital IC design, architecture, and product development with a proven track record of delivering complex silicon products from concept through production.
• Deep expertise in digital architecture, microarchitecture development, RTL design, and SoC integration.
• Recognized technical leadership in one or more of the following areas:
  • UCIe and Die-to-Die (D2D) architectures
  • PCIe, CXL, Ethernet, or coherent interconnect protocols
  • Memory subsystems including DDR and HBM
  • High-performance SoC and chiplet-based architectures
• Demonstrated experience defining long-term technology roadmaps and influencing product strategy across multiple business units or product lines.
• Extensive experience evaluating and optimizing power, performance, area (PPA), latency, bandwidth, reliability, and scalability tradeoffs.
• Proven ability to lead architecture definition and technical decision-making for highly complex products involving multiple engineering disciplines.
• Experience developing architecture specifications, functional requirements, and design methodologies that have been successfully deployed across multiple product generations.
• Strong understanding of design verification, silicon validation, and productization processes.
• Proven track record of driving cross-functional technical initiatives across architecture, design, verification, software, applications engineering, and product management organizations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership, customers, and engineering teams.
• Experience mentoring senior engineers and emerging technical leaders while fostering engineering excellence across the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and solve industry-leading technical challenges with significant business impact.

Working closely with digital design, verification, system architecture, software, and product engineering teams, you will help define technologies that enable the next generation of AI, HPC, networking, and semiconductor systems.
