Description

Please submit your CV in English in order to be considered for the role.

With 80,000+ Superchargers, Tesla owns and operates the world’s largest global fast-charging network. Located on major routes near convenient amenities, Superchargers keep customers charged when they’re away from home. Tesla is also building out the Megacharger network globally for heavy-duty trucks.

As charging infrastructure expands across Belgium and Luxembourg, we are hiring a Deployment Manager to lead Supercharger and Megacharger deployment end to end. You will own multiple projects from kickoff through energization and handover – including procurement, contracting, construction coordination, and delivery on time and on budget. The role also has a strong electrical focus: field presence, workmanship quality, and ensuring on-site electrical installation works are executed to a high standard for a reliable path to energization.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to Project Development and Design during site discussions, layout validation, and power sizing
  • Own planning and construction delivery for charging infrastructure projects across Belgium and Luxembourg
  • Oversee on-site construction, visit sites regularly, and coordinate subcontractors – with particular focus on electrical installation quality
  • Provide technical guidance on electrical installation scope and ensure compliance of Tesla installations
  • Liaise with grid operators to secure and deliver grid connections
  • Track and report progress, cost, and performance to internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify risks and roadblocks early, and drive practical solutions
  • Drive consistent on-site quality standards across Belgium and Luxembourg through to energization and handover

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and Dutch (Flemish) is mandatory
  • Fluency in English
  • 3+ years of end-to-end project management experience in medium-voltage construction and/or installation projects; EV charging or renewable energy experience is a plus
  • Proven electrical expertise across LV design, protection schemes, and HV/MV–LV substations, with the ability to interpret single-line diagrams and assess installation workmanship on site
  • Ability to manage 15+ projects in parallel and hit deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with sound judgment under time and cost pressure
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel extensively on a regular basis (typically 3–4 days per week, including overnight stays)
  • Valid driver’s licence
