Delivery Billing Execution (DBE) Specialist

As a DBE Specialist, you will own the end-to-end execution of customer deliveries and billing operations. Your responsibilities include managing the operational aspects of order fulfillment, coordinating logistics, and ensuring timely invoicing. You will work closely with various teams, including Order Management, Supply Chain, and Finance, to drive exceptional customer experiences and successful revenue processes. This role is vital in maintaining compliance, managing stakeholders, and identifying process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a Global Environment managing Billing Operations, Delivery Execution, or related functions.
  • Strong understanding of the Order-to-Cash lifecycle, including delivery execution and logistics coordination.
  • Experience with SAP (SD) ERP and related business systems is essential.
  • Knowledge of international logistics, trade compliance, and customer delivery processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, global work environment.
  • Eligible to meet NSA/CAPS approval requirements.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; additional fluency in Spanish is an asset.
  • Experience with Letter of Credit (LC) processes, export/import documentation, and customs is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the operational execution of customer orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and shipment.
  • Coordinate delivery planning, logistics, and shipment execution, working closely with Project Managers and relevant teams.
  • Execute and govern invoicing activities, including creating, dispatching, and managing Debit/Credit Notes.
  • Proactively manage billing exceptions and order closure activities to drive timely revenue processes.
  • Monitor delivery milestones, shipment readiness, and logistics performance to meet customer expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX controls, business policies, and operational governance requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for process simplification, automation, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate effectively with Project Managers, Delivery Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.
  • Maintain strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Stay updated on international logistics, trade compliance, and customer delivery processes.

Salary Range: $45,000 - $65,000 CAD *Plus, potential incentive/variable compensation for eligible roles.
