Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

1、负责SoC芯片DDR驱动及固件的开发、调试与优化工作，保障DDR子系统功能稳定运行。

2、负责DDR相关软硬件协同验证，制定测试方案、验证策略及测试用例，确保设计满足功能和性能要求。

3、基于EMU、FPGA等验证平台开展DDR功能验证、系统调试及问题定位，推动设计问题闭环解决。

4、负责芯片DDR Pre-Silicon及Post-Silicon阶段的功能验证工作，支持芯片研发与产品化过程。

5、负责DDR初始化流程、低功耗功能及DVFS相关功能开发、验证与优化。

6、负责DDR性能、功耗及稳定性优化工作，分析并解决系统运行过程中的相关问题。

7、参与芯片Bring-up及系统集成调试工作，推动DDR模块与整机系统的稳定运行。

8、为产品研发及量产阶段提供DDR相关技术支持，负责问题分析、定位及解决方案输出。

岗位要求：

1、具备嵌入式系统、Linux Kernel或相关底层软件开发经验，熟悉驱动及固件开发流程。

2、熟悉系统启动加载流程（Boot Flow），能够独立进行启动链路分析与问题排查。

3、熟悉LPDDR相关协议及工作机制，了解DDR控制器、PHY等相关模块原理。

4、熟悉DDR初始化流程、低功耗管理机制及DVFS工作原理，具备相关开发或调试经验。

5、具备DDR功能验证及问题分析能力，能够通过日志、波形及测试结果定位复杂问题。

6、熟悉EMU、FPGA等验证平台，具有Pre-Silicon或Post-Silicon验证经验者优先。
