DC Autonomous Management PDM

Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers’ products. As of 2024, TSMC serves more than 500 customers and manufactures over 11,000 products for high-performance computing, smartphones, the Internet of Things (IoT), automotive, and digital consumer electronics. TSMC operates fabs in Taiwan as well as manufacturing subsidiaries in Washington State, Japan and China, and the Company began construction on a specialty technology fab in Dresden, Germany, in 2024. In Arizona, TSMC is building three fabs, with the first starting 4nm production in 2025, the second by 2028, and the third by the end of the decade.

Job Responsibilities

Autonomous Data Center (DC) operations utilizing mobile robots with AI-driven operations and data analysis

1. Design mobile robots with vendors for autonomous Data Center management, including sensors, actuators, and fixture design/adoption.

2. Collaborate with stakeholders on robot management, maintenance, and compliance with all industry safety regulations.

3. Collaborate with stakeholders on robot patrol route planning and the provision of 2D/3D map data.

4. Utilize AI for image recognition, issue analysis, and troubleshooting/solution generation.

5. Design data flows and ensure synchronization with DCIM.

6. Fully utilize AI and mobile robots to replace all Data Center human operations.

Job Qualifications

1. Over 12 years of working experience in the data center or server industry, mobile robotics, and AI applications.

2. Capable of AI-assisted robot design and application.

3. Familiar with data center operations and server maintenance.

4. Educational background in Computer Science, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, AI, Robotics, or a related field.
