Are you a budding developer or data enthusiast with a passion for automation and AI? Do you thrive on finding innovative ways to manage and optimize data? We are looking for a Data Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll dive into the exciting world of product data, learning how it drives our business and impacts our customers.

You'll play a key part in developing and implementing solutions to streamline data processes, with a strong focus on automation and leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies. This is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your career in a supportive R&D environment, working alongside experts from various fields (HW, SW, mechanical design, certifications) and international colleagues.

Your task will be:

Data Process Development & Automation: Actively participate in the development, implementation, and maintenance of tools and scripts to automate data collection, processing, and archiving.
AI Exploration & Implementation: Support the team in exploring and integrating AI/ML solutions to enhance data quality, streamline workflows, and improve data management efficiency.
Data Management Support: Assist with core data management activities throughout the development process, including MLFB management, SAP-data input, and maintaining Digital Device Data (DDC)
Data Quality & Presentation: Learn and contribute to ensuring the accuracy and optimal presentation of product data, understanding its impact on customer experience (e.g., e-shop variants).
Process Improvement Contribution: Collaborate with senior team members to identify areas for process improvement and contribute ideas for more efficient data handling.
Cross-Functional Learning: Work closely with Chief Product Owners, Product Owners, and Lifecycle Managers to understand product data needs and contribute to its maintenance.
Security Fundamentals: Learn and apply best practices for data security in storing and handling sensitive information.

You can look forward to:

Up to 33 days of holiday (standard 5 weeks + up to 8 days from benefit system)

What we will appreciate from you:

Educational Background: A degree or current studies in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
Automation & AI Enthusiasm: A strong interest in data automation, process optimization, and exploring the application of AI/ML in data management.
Analytical Mindset: Eagerness to learn about data structures, data quality, and how data drives business decisions.
Detail oriented diligence: it is paramount to keep diligence even during routine and repetetive tasks
Communication Skills: English for communication and documentation purposes.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and international team environment.

Beneficial (but not required):

○ Basic knowledge of Siemens DI PA MI product portfolio.

○ Basic SAP knowledge.

○ Familiarity with Siemens products data specifics and processes (MLFB, DPP, DDC).

○ German for communication.
