Curious Minds. Bold Ideas. Extraordinary Impact.

We're transforming financial services through bold innovation and relentless execution. You bring the ideas and drive. We'll build what's next — together.

At nCino, our platform runs on data moving cleanly and reliably between systems, and that's where you come in. As a Data Integrations Specialist, you'll support and configure the integrations that connect nCino to our customers' wider technology environments, helping banks and financial institutions get the most out of our platform.

This is a role for someone who enjoys getting into the detail: tracing an issue back to its root cause, understanding how data moves through a customer's environment, and finding a cleaner way to do things. You'll work closely with project owners and customers, building your expertise in the nCino Integration Framework and our data model along the way.

You'll also have real scope to grow. As you build depth in our platform and certifications, there's a clear path toward more complex implementations and greater ownership of customer relationships.

What You'll Do

  • Provide product-related data integration and implementation support within the nCino platform, addressing issues and helping ensure successful deployments
  • Follow and help improve alert and escalation procedures, using your knowledge of data compatibility within the customer's environment to resolve issues promptly
  • Work within the established nCino Integration Framework, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Keep project owners and customers updated with clear, regular progress reports and status communications
  • Get to know the technical specifications of nCino's products, including new releases, and support their implementation
  • Troubleshoot using a combination of configuration review, debug logs, and Chrome developer tools, documenting root cause analysis clearly
  • Build a strong understanding of the nCino data model and the CRM platform, using this to configure and optimise integrations
  • Use AI tools to automate routine tasks, improve accuracy, and support smarter, more efficient ways of working

Ideally You'll Have

  • A background in data integrations, gained through experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Experience managing databases and working with ETL tooling
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • A track record of learning and adapting to new technologies and processes
  • Experience with data modelling within CRM and other software solutions, along with confidence using SQL or similar query languages
  • Familiarity with JSON, HTML, or scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell is a plus
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as nCino or Salesforce, or an understanding of loan processes and financial services, would also be an advantage

In Return We're Offering

We know great work depends on people feeling genuinely supported, so alongside a competitive salary, you'll have access to:

  • Company pension — 6% employer contribution
  • 25 days' paid holiday plus volunteer days
  • Private medical insurance
  • Life insurance and group income protection
  • Cycle to work and gym membership salary sacrifice schemes
  • Perkbox — discounts, free coffee, and more
  • Employee Stock Purchase Plan
  • Employee Assistance Programme

We're committed to building a team as diverse as the customers we serve, and we welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. If you don't tick every box but believe you'd thrive in this role, we'd still love to hear from you.
