Description and Requirements
At this role You will focus on designing and launching innovative cybersecurity service offerings that help customers secure their digital workplace. You will work cross functionally with security, software, services, sales, and global teams to build, position, and scale security offerings worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Define and evolve the global security services strategy and portfolio
- Develop new professional and managed cybersecurity service offerings
- Translate global and regional needs into scalable service solutions
- Drive portfolio growth through deal engagement and market positioning
- Lead competitive analysis, pricing, and feature definition
- Build and manage strategic alliances and service partners
- Provide technical leadership across digital and cyber security domains
- Support sales and pre sales with proposals and solution shaping
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in IT security offering or services development (GSI preferred)
- Strong knowledge of digital and cyber security technologies and trends (incl. AI)
- Experience designing and delivering cybersecurity solutions
- Understanding of IT outsourcing and services business models
- Ability to influence cross functional and global stakeholders
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Relevant security certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, CEH) are a plus

PAY TRANSPARENCY
The anticipated initial gross base salary range for this position is €36700–53790 per year. This range applies to the primary job location Slovakia and is determined using objective, non-discriminatory and gender-neutral criteria, including skills and relevant experience. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, skills, and business considerations.
Individuals may also be eligible for variable compensation (such as bonus or commission), depending on the role. The applicable variable pay model, eligibility, and target levels will be discussed during the recruitment process.
In addition to base salary and any applicable variable compensation, Lenovo provides statutory remuneration components required by local law, as well as Lenovo's comprehensive benefits package supporting employee well-being, development, and equal opportunities.
For roles open across multiple countries, local base salary ranges may vary based on market conditions, internal frameworks, and legal requirements. The relevant local range will be transparently communicated during the initial discussions.
