Keysight's Software Quality Engineering (SQE) platform helps organizations improve software quality through AI-driven testing, test automation, and intelligent quality engineering solutions. The team enables customers to accelerate software delivery, increase test coverage, and improve application quality across complex enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) serves as a trusted partner to our customers, helping them maximize the value of Keysight's Software Quality Engineering (SQE) platform. This role is responsible for driving customer onboarding, adoption, value realization, retention, and growth by building strong key customer relationships and delivering measurable outcomes.

Working closely with customers and cross-functional internal teams, the Strategic Customer Success Manager develops success strategies that align with customer objectives while identifying opportunities to expand the value of the SQE platform.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership & Value Delivery

  • Lead customers through the Guided Success Program, ensuring successful onboarding, adoption, and long-term value realization of the SQE platform.
  • Develop and execute Customer Success Plans (CSPs) aligned with customer business objectives, success metrics, and expected ROI.
  • Build trusted relationships with executive sponsors and key stakeholders, serving as a strategic advisor and advocate for customer success.
  • Conduct regular Customer Success Reviews, and Technical Review Meetings (TRMs) to assess progress, demonstrate value, and align on future priorities.
  • Proactively identify customer risks and opportunities, providing strategic guidance and best practices to maximize outcomes.

Customer Success & Growth

  • Monitor customer health, adoption, utilization, and engagement metrics to drive proactive success planning and risk mitigation.
  • Partner with Support, Professional Services, Product Management, and Engineering to coordinate issue resolution, feature requests, and customer escalations.
  • Deliver customer enablement through workshops, Lunch & Learn sessions, User Forums, and education on new Eggplant capabilities.
  • Partner with Sales and Account Management to support renewals and identify opportunities for customer expansion, increased adoption, and cross-sell initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, Professional Services, Marketing, and Engineering to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate customer success plans, health metrics, risks, opportunities, and account activities within CRM and Customer Success platforms.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Customer Success processes, playbooks, and best practices.
Qualifications
  • Experience in Customer Success, Software Quality Engineering, QA, or Technical Account Management.
  • Strong knowledge of AI-driven testing, test automation, software quality, and enterprise software.
  • Experience with software testing, automation, CI/CD, and quality engineering practices.
  • Ability to translate technical challenges into customer outcomes, adoption, and measurable ROI.
  • Strong communication skills with technical and executive stakeholders. Fluid French and English language are a must have.
  • Ability to collaborate with Engineering, Product, Support, Professional Services, and Sales teams.
