The role connects customer needs with the right technical expertise and turns service potential into sustainable business. The position covers maintenance and service agreements, spare parts, retrofit and modernization, training, lifecycle services, and emerging growth areas such as SCADA, Protection & Automation, and OT cybersecurity.

• Identify service opportunities proactively within the installed base and translate customer needs into clear business potential.

• Promote the complete Customer Services portfolio, including maintenance, service agreements, spare parts, retrofit, modernization, training, and lifecycle services.

• Develop recurring business through long-term service agreements and scalable service models.

• Drive opportunities from identification and qualification through technical clarification, proposal preparation, negotiation, and order placement.

• Coordinate Sales, Customer Services, Engineering, Proposal teams, Service Operations, cybersecurity specialists, and portfolio experts to build the right customer solution.

• Support customer visits, installed-base reviews, site surveys, and technical assessments together with the relevant technical experts.

• Develop business in Medium Voltage and Low Voltage applications, including switchgear, protection, automation, control, and SCADA-related service needs.

• Grow OT cybersecurity services by identifying customer demand for cybersecurity assessments, system hardening, patch management, secure remote access, network segmentation, security monitoring, and secure-substation services.

• Maintain transparent opportunity and pipeline management, with clear next steps, responsibilities, and commercial priorities.

• Build customer-specific account and growth plans based on installed-base potential, lifecycle status, operational risks, and modernization needs.

• Follow market developments, customer requirements, and applicable technical and regulatory drivers, and convert them into practical service opportunities.

• Represent Customer Services in customer meetings, workshops, and commercial discussions, with a strong focus on customer value and sustainable growth.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Control Engineering, or a related discipline.

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in technical sales, service sales, account management, business development, or a comparable customer-facing role.

• Good understanding of electrical distribution systems, including Medium Voltage and Low Voltage applications.

• Experience with service business, installed-base development, maintenance, retrofit, modernization, or lifecycle services is preferred.

• Knowledge or experience in SCADA, protection and automation systems, SIPROTEC, SICAM, IEC 61850, and OT cybersecurity is an advantage.

• Ability to understand technical customer needs and coordinate specialists without being expected to perform all expert engineering activities personally.

• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to convert technical needs into customer value, proposals, and orders.

• Strong customer orientation, communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.

• Strong ownership, entrepreneurial mindset, and motivation to develop new business opportunities.
