Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

Overview of the Role:

As a Customer Outcome Executive, you sit at the intersection of sales and customer success within our UKI Chief Customer Office (Chief Customer Office). You lead a new, proactive customer success motion that orchestrates the handoff from sales vision to post-sale value realisation, ensuring customers see measurable value from their Salesforce investments from day one and throughout their lifecycle. This is a quota-carrying, high-impact role based in London.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with sales on strategic, high-value opportunities to define a clear, customer-aligned path to value, agreeing well-resourced and measurable success plans upfront with customers.
  • Own a portfolio of new logo accounts, diagnosing challenges such as low adoption, shelfware, or under-realised value.
  • Lead cross-functional strategies to stabilise accounts
  • Manage a services-focused quota spanning Signature Success, Premier Success, and Advisory Services, unlocking incremental value across the customer portfolio.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in a new logo sales role within a complex, enterprise SaaS environment.
  • Track record of managing a quota or revenue target
  • Experience developing and executing customer success or value-realisation plans with measurable outcomes.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, delivery, and services teams to resolve account issues and drive adoption.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with customer health scoring or adoption analytics tools.
  • Background in change management or organisational adoption strategy.
  • Experience presenting to executive-level stakeholders on account strategy or recovery plans.
