Description and Requirements

We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Program Manager NEO Cloud to serve as the primary business and operational owner for one or more strategic NEO Cloud customers. The role combines program management, customer engagement, technical coordination, and business operations to ensure successful delivery, customer satisfaction, and customer growth.

You will manage customer programs and cloud-related initiatives end-to-end, coordinating engineering, operations, product management, finance, and customer teams. You will manage customer relationships, track delivery and operational performance, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for process improvement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned strategic NEO Cloud customers; build relationships with customer leadership, technical teams, and operational stakeholders; lead business reviews, project updates, and operational governance meetings.
  • Program & Project Management: Manage end-to-end execution of customer programs and cloud-related initiatives, maintaining project plans, schedules, risk registers, action trackers, and status reports while tracking deliverables, dependencies, milestones, and customer commitments.
  • Business Operations: Support forecasting, capacity planning, operational reviews, contract execution, and service delivery tracking; monitor program health through defined KPIs and customer success metrics.
  • Technical Coordination: Understand cloud infrastructure, service delivery models, and customer requirements; translate business needs into technical and operational requirements; facilitate communication between customer technical teams and internal engineering organizations.
  • Issue & Risk Management: Identify customer challenges and delivery risks, coordinate resolution across internal teams, support troubleshooting and root cause analysis, and escalate issues appropriately to drive timely resolution.
  • Customer Growth & Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for customer growth, process improvements, and operational efficiencies while supporting initiatives that strengthen customer relationships and service delivery.
  • Stakeholder Management: Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer expectations, commitments, and service requirements are met, influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Delivery & Customer Success: Drive successful delivery of customer programs within agreed scope, timelines, and requirements while maintaining customer satisfaction across assigned accounts.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Technical Account Management, Project Management, Cloud Operations, or a related customer-facing role.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Cloud & Infrastructure Expertise: Strong understanding of cloud technologies, infrastructure, data center operations, or managed services environments; familiarity with networking, storage, and server technologies.
  • Customer & Executive Engagement: Experience working directly with enterprise customers and executive stakeholders, with strong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills.
  • Program Management & Organization: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and complex cross-functional projects, with strong organizational and planning skills and attention to detail.
  • Communication & Analytical Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Business Acumen & Mindset: Strong business acumen and customer success orientation, with the ability to manage risks, drive continuous improvement, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Additional Qualifications: Experience supporting hyperscale cloud providers or large enterprise cloud customers; experience in multinational and culturally diverse environments; PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or other project management certifications are a plus. Additional European language skills are a plus. Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
