As a Sales Customer Experience Specialist at Tesla, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for engaging with potential customers, capturing leads, and guiding them through a seamless sales journey. Responsibilities
- Lead Co-Pilot Full Self-Driving test drives with customers, showcasing Tesla’s autonomous technology through safe, engaging, and informative experiences.
- Drive Full Self-Driving adoption by creatively promoting test drives, ensuring customers grasp the future of driving.
- Identify and nurture leads during store visits and events, building a pipeline through proactive engagement.
- Deliver exceptional service by addressing customer questions, understanding needs, overcoming objections, and highlighting Tesla’s unique value.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team and cross-functional departments to align strategies and ensure a unified customer experience.
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude at all times, reflecting Tesla’s values and commitment to excellence in every interaction
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Strong (or quickly learnable) knowledge of Tesla’s vehicles.
- Ability to communicate information in a clear, easy-to-understand way.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings when needed.
- Passion for Tesla’s mission to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy.
- Fluency in Dutch & English.
- Valid drivers license.
