Custom Memory Design Engineer
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for developing embedded nonvolatile memory test chips and IP include:
1. Conducting transistor level circuit design (analog and mixed-signal).
2. Performing design verification.
3. Reviewing and verifying layout reports.
4. Preparing design reports.
5. Collaborating on test chip implementation.
6. Assisting with silicon characterization and reliability qualification.
7. Contributing to front-end and back-end design kit generation.
8. Analyzing and debugging silicon data.
9. Providing technical support to customers.
Job Qualifications
1. Master's degree or above in Electrical Engineering or any other related majors.
2. 5+ years mixed-signal circuit design experience for non-volatile memory (flash memory, RRAM, MRAM, PCRAM).
3. Proficiency with EDA tools, design and verification methodology for custom mixed-signal or analog design.
