Description and Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
Work as Product Cost Manager to manage Note Book products E2E product cost competitiveness, including:
1. Work with project team to drive new product design to cost, manage new part cost target setting and cost approval within project key milestones.
2. Manage product Cost Simulation of business case and cost transition roadmap to support product investment decision making and product transition.
3. Keep monitoring cost trend in product lifecycle and driving cost competitiveness through product change management process.
4. Lead Cost competitiveness study vs. competitors’.
5. Ensure Product Cost readiness in system & necessary data analysis
Job Requirements:
1.Strong execution and delivery skills with a results-oriented mindset.
2.Excellent logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
3.Strong communication and negotiation skills. Able to understand different perspectives and clearly convey ideas to others.
4.Collaborative team player with the ability to work across functions.
5.Open to new technologies and ways of working, including AI applications.
6.Familiarity with notebook mechanical, electronic components, or product cost management is a strong plus.
7.Proactive, adaptable, and willing to take on new challenges.
8.Fluent in written and spoken English.
