Corporate Sustainability Content Manager
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Sustainability Content Manager to lead and oversee the development and execution of content strategies for the company’s sustainability disclosure reports and related initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong ability to translate complex sustainability data into impactful and engaging content. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sustainability and corporate communications, with fluency in both English and Chinese.
This position will involve managing cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, ensuring that the company’s sustainability messaging aligns with global standards and resonates with diverse audiences.
Job Responsibilities
1. Develop and lead end-to-end content strategies to enhance the company’s sustainability disclosure and communication initiatives.
2. Manage the creation, refinement, and delivery of sustainability reports, stakeholder engagement materials, and other communication assets.
3. Oversee sustainability reporting projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and alignment with international standards (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD, TNFD).
4. Provide leadership in tracking and analyzing key sustainability metrics to inform reporting and decision-making.
5. Stay updated on emerging trends, best practices, and global regulations in sustainability reporting and communication.
6. Supervise and guide linguistic tasks, including translation, editing, and proofreading of English and Chinese content to maintain tone and accuracy.
7. Act as a key liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure consistent and impactful sustainability narratives.
Job Qualifications
1. 15+ years of experience in content strategy, sustainability communications, or related areas, preferably with people management and cross-cultural collaboration/management experience.
2. Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Communications, Digital Marketing, Business, or related fields.
3. Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, both written and verbal.
4. Strong project management abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
5. Familiarity with sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD, TNFD) and stakeholder engagement.
6. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently or in a team.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
