Mid-Market Corporate Sales Lead

Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat, where impact, innovation, and growth drives everything we do. Our Commercial team sits at the centre of Deliveroo’s marketplace—shaping how we serve restaurants, grocers, and new verticals worldwide. From negotiating key partnerships to unlocking new revenue streams and crafting data-led growth strategies, we take on big challenges that move the business forward. If you thrive in fast-paced, commercial environments and want to influence the future of a global brand—this is the team for you.

We’re looking for a Mid-Market Corporate Sales Lead to join our London team. This is a hybrid role. In this role, you’ll help us lead a small team of BDMs and deliver the mid-market new business target through your own pipeline and your team's performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be joining the Deliveroo for Work (DfW) UKI team. Deliveroo for Work is Deliveroo’s B2B arm, offering simple and flexible food-spending solutions to corporate clients across seven global markets. From team lunches to late-night meals to office events and even pantry supplies - Deliveroo for Work has every business food need covered.

Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

New Business Target: Own the mid-market new business target for the UK, delivered through a combination of your own sales and your team's performance, building strong relationships with decision-makers and uncovering growth opportunities using data-driven insights. Monitor pipeline performance through key metrics to identify trends, risks, and growth levers to develop tailored strategies to maximise new business revenue.

Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and nurture a small team of BDMs, setting clear direction and priorities, and supporting their development to help them thrive and deliver against their targets.

Strategic Vision: Own the mid-market new business strategy, leveraging commercial data, prospect behaviour insights, and market performance analysis to identify growth levers and performance risks. Translate complex pipeline trends into clear, actionable recommendations that inform decision-making and drive measurable commercial outcomes.

Technical Sales: Develop deep expertise in the DfW product suite to advise prospects on best-practice usage. Build credibility as a trusted technical partner by proactively identifying risks, troubleshooting issues, and driving timely resolution to ensure a seamless prospect experience.

Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong, multi-level relationships with key stakeholders across prospect organisations and internal teams, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the sales process. Understand stakeholders and their priorities, tailoring engagement and communication to secure buy-in, resolve issues quickly, and unlock new growth opportunities.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Marketing, Tech, Finance, and Global Commercial teams to represent your pipeline’s priorities. Translate new business performance insights into clear requirements, influence roadmaps and campaigns, and ensure initiatives are aligned to UK growth objectives.

What You’ll Need to Thrive

Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others:

Commercially minded with strong commercial instinct and a passion for driving growth and taking full ownership of targets.

A natural people leader with high EQ, who inspires trust, coaches with empathy, and brings out the best in their team.

Data-driven operator comfortable working with large data sets and confident in translating metrics to shape sales plans.

Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with a proven ability to engage quickly, build strong relationships, and influence across all levels.

Solutions-focused, curious, and proactive mindset, comfortable moving with pace and thriving in fast-growing environments.
