Duties and Responsibilities

·       Design, plan, implement, monitor and review CSR projects

·       Prepare regular program, finance report, budget and impact assessment

·       Liaise with stakeholders such as Businesses, Employees, Management, Government departments, NGOs, Educational Institutes including Universities

·       Engage with implementation partner and direct project beneficiaries

·       Design project related internal and external communication

·       Identify project partners/ resource agencies as per project requirements.

Travel

·       Ready to travel across the country depending on project requirements

Skills and Competencies

·       Bachelor of Engineering in any stream

·       Master of Social Work / Social Sciences / Development studies / related qualification

·       3 to 5 years of working in the development sector

·       Project management skills in development sector

·       Experience in use of technology in projects will be preferred

·       Effective communication skills both verbal and written

·       Adequately using MS Office/ AI
