- Assist with vendor coordination, venue logistics, production schedules, guest and attendee logistics, and other event-related needs.
- Support pre-production planning, onsite execution, and post-event wrap-up to help ensure programs run smoothly from start to finish.

- Willingness to support events and broadcasts, including occasional early mornings, evenings, or travel as required.
What Success Looks Like
The successful Coordinator will become a trusted operational partner across the Global Partnerships & Experiences team—someone who helps keep projects moving, anticipates needs, brings organization to complex initiatives, and is equally comfortable supporting a partner meeting, creating presentation decks, tracking a budget, or jumping in to help execute an event.
Over time, this role offers the opportunity to develop experience across strategic partnerships, experiential marketing, live and broadcast production, and employee-facing programming, providing a strong foundation for growth within the Global Partnerships & Experiences organization.
