Contract Manager - EPC Projects

Contract Manager will support the successful execution of EPC projects by managing contractual and commercial matters across the project lifecycle. This role acts as the primary customer interface for contractual issues and plays a critical role in contract administration, claims management, change order negotiation, risk mitigation, and commercial protection.

How You'll Make an Impact

•  Serve as the primary customer interface for contractual communications and negotiations.
• Review, interpret, and administer EPC contracts and associated agreements.
• Prepare and manage contractual notices, claims, change orders, variations, amendments, and formal correspondence.
• Lead Extension of Time (EOT), variation, and cost recovery claims.
• Advise project management on contractual risks, rights, obligations, and commercial opportunities.
• Support dispute avoidance and resolution activities.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Finance, Legal, and Project Controls teams.
• Maintain compliance with contractual requirements and company governance processes.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Law, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of contract/commercial management experience in EPC projects.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC, EPC contracts, claims management, change management, and contract administration.
• Proven experience managing customer-facing contractual matters on HVDC, FACTS, infrastructure, power projects.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

• Master’s degree in business, Commercial Management.
• Professional certifications such as CPCM, CCM, PMP, or equivalent.
