Summary

Apple is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive administrative assistant to provide administrative and operational support to the contract administration team within Apple TV. Description

The administrative assistant will provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the contract administration team, with a focus on managing payment-related processes, contractual documentation, project tracking, and key business milestones.

Responsibilities

  • Track payment requests, contractual milestones, and related deliverables using document and workflow management systems.
  • Prepare, distribute, and track start paperwork and facilitate payment setup processes.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external partners regarding payment-related inquiries and administrative matters.
  • Create, maintain, and organize electronic project and contract files, ensuring information is accurate, complete, and readily accessible.
  • Support the contract administration team with special projects, process improvements, reporting, meeting management, scheduling and other operational needs as required.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Business Affairs, Legal, Finance, Creative, Production, and Labor on projects in development and in production.
  • Create and update system manuals and procedural documents for team reference.
  • Provide flexible coverage for multiple contract administration executives to meet changing daily business needs.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business affairs at an agency, business affairs or legal affairs at a major studio, network, or streaming service, or at an entertainment law firm. Contract administration or business affairs administration experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when working with contractual information, financial documentation, and confidential materials.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external partners at all levels.
  • Excellent reading comprehension and analytical skills, with the ability to review, interpret, and summarize contractual terms and business information.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain a high level of discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Technologically proficient, with the ability to quickly learn and effectively utilize new systems, software, and workflow tools.
  • Highly collaborative team player who builds strong working relationships and contributes positively to a team-oriented environment.
  • Self-motivated and resourceful, with the curiosity and initiative to identify opportunities, take on additional responsibilities, and improve existing processes.
  • Ability to remain organized, adaptable, and composed while working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and high volumes of work.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
