The Role:

Our site in Billerica, MA is seeking a Continuous Improvement Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2027 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration.The Co-op will work on improving the process and reducing manufacturing costs in the areas of Assembly, Flush Room and the Warehouse. Will assist in Kaizen events, 5S activities, Gemba walks and documentation, productivity savings projects, root cause analysis, maintaining TDM boards

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in Kaizen Workshop documentation
• Implement 5S activities
• Assist in Gemba walks
• Assist in Productivity Savings calculations
• Assist in using different root cause analysis tools

What We Seek:

• Bachelors in Industrial engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Junior in the above program
• 1 year experience in Continuous Improvement

Desired Major(s) & Graduation Year:

• Bachelors in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
• Graduation Year 2028 or 2029

Eligibility:

• Must be a currently enrolled student
• Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in January through June
• Must be familiar with the university’s requirements to participate in a co-op program
• Entegris is not currently hiring candidates for co-ops/internships who will need, now or at any time in the future, Entegris sponsorship through the H1-B lottery.

• Compensation: $20-$30/hour range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
