Construction Manager - Data Center Facilities Development
The Construction Manager will lead the delivery of data center construction projects from site mobilization through commissioning readiness and handover. You will provide hands-on site leadership, ensuring work is completed safely, to quality standards, within schedule, and in line with project and regulatory requirements.
Working with general contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders, you will coordinate civil, structural, MEP, controls/BMS, fire and life safety, security, and fit-out workstreams. The role requires strong construction planning, contractor management, risk management, documentation control, and issue-resolution skills in a fast-paced, high-dependency environment.

Responsibilities
- Lead on-site construction delivery for data center facilities development, expansion, and fit-out projects.
- Manage general contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and specialist vendors across multiple construction trades.
- Drive site execution plans, look-ahead schedules, coordination meetings, and recovery plans.
- Ensure compliance with site safety, EHS, quality, permitting, and approved construction methods.
- Lead inspections, ITPs, NCRs, punch lists, corrective actions, and verification of completed work.
- Coordinate design, construction, and operational stakeholders to resolve technical issues and protect critical-path milestones.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, method statements, inspection records, site reports, meeting minutes, and closeout documentation.
- Drive commissioning readiness and handover, including test documentation, as-builts, O&M manuals, training records, and turnover packages.
- Monitor scope, schedule, progress, and change; support variation, claims, and contractor performance reviews.
- Provide clear reporting on site progress, safety, quality, risks, actions, and decisions.
- Travel within Indonesia and regionally as required, up to 20%.
