As a Community Engagement Manager for Oracle, you will be responsible for building trusted community relationships in New Mexico. You will execute Oracle’s community engagement programs and commitments while boosting Oracle’s brand presence, developing workforce pipelines, and demonstrating corporate responsibility.

*The primary location for this role supports communities in Doña Ana County, New Mexico.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $91,400 to $187,000 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Responsibilities

Team Responsiblities

  • Community Engagement and Relationship Building: Build and maintain trusted relationships with community organizations, civic leaders, educational institutions, local government officials, workforce partners, local businesses, and other stakeholders. Coordinate Oracle’s participation in local and regional community events and initiatives, ensuring Oracle is consistently present and engaged in ways that are relevant, responsive, and valuable to the community.
  • Collaborative Program Delivery: Work with community partners and internal Oracle teams to plan and execute Oracle community programs, events, partnerships, and initiatives from concept through completion. Own timelines, logistics, stakeholder coordination, budgets, vendors, and follow-up to ensure programs are delivered effectively and commitments are met.
  • Community Listening: Conduct and facilitate listening sessions to understand the needs, interests, and concerns of community members, and report actionable insights to key stakeholders for follow-up planning. 
  • Workforce Development: Help align curricula with Oracle’s evolving skill requirements and identify future talent prospects within educational institutions and training programs. 
  • Vendor and Supplier Outreach: Identify and engage local and diverse vendors to strengthen OCI’s supply chain and foster deeper investment in local economies. 
  • Market Integration: Act as Oracle’s ambassador in civic, technology, and educational forums, ensuring Oracle is a visible and valued community partner in New Mexico and other US markets. 
  • Brand Building: Partner with Oracle’s Marketing and Communications teams to extend Oracle’s presence, particularly in new markets, and support local recruitment efforts through targeted outreach and storytelling. 
     

Team Qualifications:

  •  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Operations, Education, Government, Workforce Development, Communications, Public Relations, Business, Community Engagement, or related field. 
    Knowledge of technology trends and interest in cloud infrastructure; prior experience in the technology sector is a plus. 
  • Demonstrated experience building trusted relationships and delivering programs or initiatives involving multiple external and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong project and program management skills, including experience managing timelines, deliverables, budgets, vendors, events, partner coordination, and competing priorities.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across community, education, workforce, civic, business, and internal teams to move initiatives from planning through execution and follow-through.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to build consensus while maintaining accountability for deliverables.

Integrate advertising into the marketing campaigns, exercising judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques for best practice / creative solution. As a recognized authority and leading contributor maintain regular interface between the division and Corporate. Plan and manage pan-geography corporate and local campaign media plans. Plan, manage and implement corporate and local campaign advertising creative. Manage tier 2 local advertising and arrange sign off with Corporate. Integrate all advertising across the communications mix. Maintain and communicate brand advertising guidelines. Oversee partner advertising. Develop and manage brand communications audit. Measure advertising effectiveness.
