Description

Tesla is seeking an EMEA Commissioning Manager for EV charging infrastructure. Your core responsibility is to own and continuously improve the commissioning process across Europe — from pre-commissioning and energization through functional testing and final site acceptance. You will define standardized procedures, hold points, and acceptance criteria for LV/MV infrastructure, transformers, switchgear, protection, metering, earthing, and charging equipment, while aligning with IEC/EN standards, local regulations, and DNO requirements. As the central technical partner to Field Service, Compliance, Service Engineering, Engineering, and Asset Management, you will support field teams remotely, escalate complex issues, and feed lessons learnt back into engineering standards and installation practices. We are looking for an experienced electrical engineer with a strong background in commissioning and electrical infrastructure, ideally including high-power DC charging. Beyond technical depth and process ownership, successful candidates bring a drive to simplify, automate, and raise the bar in a fast-moving energy and infrastructure landscape.
