Siemens Mobility Thailand is looking for a Commercial Project Controller for our project team.

We are looking for a highly experienced and proactive Commercial Project Controller to join our Customer Service team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the commercial success of service projects by managing financial performance, compliance, and stakeholder coordination throughout the project lifecycle. The key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Commercial Partnership: Act as the primary commercial partner to the Project Manager, steering all financial matters throughout the project lifecycle, including contract negotiations, risk mitigation, and the management of consortium/subcontractor agreements.
  • Financial Governance & Compliance: Ensure the integrity and transparency of project financials by maintaining accurate SAP documentation in strict adherence to Siemens Financial Reporting Guidelines (FRG), local GAAP, and Export Control & Customs (ECC) regulations.
  • End-to-End Financial Steering: Lead comprehensive budgeting and forecasting (top-down/bottom-up), performing rigorous Plan vs. Actual variance analysis to drive project profitability, gross profit optimization, and robust cash flow management.
  • Operational Excellence & Reporting: Oversee the full project accounting cycle—including invoicing, payment claim follow-ups, and ad-hoc profitability calculations—while translating complex financial data into actionable insights for executive management.
  • Digital Transformation & Innovation: Proactively initiate finance transformation projects and process improvements, leveraging AI and digitalization to enhance reporting efficiency and operational scalability.

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • Professional experience in commercial and financial roles
  • Demonstrates excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Proven track record in digitalization or improvement initiative
  • Analytical and strategic thinker with solid business acumen.
  • Highly self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to balance attention to detail and strategic oversight.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs. Knowledge in SAP
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
