Skilled in Lean Manufacturing, JIT implementation, process optimization, quality control, ISO 9001 compliance, and tooling management to improve productivity, quality, and operational efficiency

How You'll Make an Impact (CNC Machine Operator, TI-STG, India)

• Execute and establish machining processes for steam turbine components as per Industrial Engineering guidelines.
• Perform work measurement and time estimation for new or modified operations to ensure productivity.
• Prepare detailed CNC part programming and implement quality checkpoints to meet standards within timelines.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing and Just-In-Time (JIT) principles to reduce cycle time, eliminate waste, and increase throughput.
• Maintain CNC machine networking for ISO 9001 compliance and manage tool inventory for production efficiency.
• Support Quality Management System implementation to achieve departmental objectives.

What You Bring

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–4 years of experience in CNC lathe operations.
• Exposure to Siemens CNC control systems (Siemens 840D, 802D) is a plus.
