We are looking for a motivated and technically curious Cloud Solutions Engineer to join our Latin America Oracle Cloud Solutions team, supporting the Indirect Territories and Partner Ecosystem organization.

In this role, you will work closely with the Alliances & Channels team, Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), and regional cloud architects to support the technical onboarding, integration, and publication of partner solutions.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career cloud professional looking to expand their expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), cloud architecture, and partner ecosystems while contributing to cloud adoption and business growth across Latin America.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical guidance and support to ISV partners throughout the process of publishing their solutions on Oracle Cloud Marketplace.
Assist partners with technical onboarding, solution configuration, validation, and Marketplace listing requirements.
Collaborate closely with the Alliances & Channels team to support partner enablement and technical readiness.
Work with OCI architects and technical specialists, including US-based colleagues, to troubleshoot issues and facilitate solution publication.
Support basic cloud infrastructure configurations and help partners understand OCI services and deployment requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical challenges and ensure a smooth partner onboarding experience.
Maintain technical documentation, track partner onboarding progress, and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
Continuously develop knowledge of OCI technologies, cloud infrastructure, automation.
Minimum Qualifications
Basic working knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), including fundamental cloud concepts such as compute, storage, networking, and security.
Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure and deployment concepts.
Strong interest in cloud technologies, technical problem-solving, and partner-facing activities.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional technical and business teams.
Good communication, organizational, and troubleshooting skills.
Basic working proficiency in English, sufficient to communicate with a US-based architect and understand technical documentation.
Willingness to learn new technologies, tools, and cloud services.
Preferred Qualifications
OCI Foundations or other Oracle Cloud certifications.
Basic knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Exposure to OCI, AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Marketplace or other cloud marketplaces.
Understanding of cloud solution deployment, software packaging, or application integration.
Experience working with ISVs, technology partners, or cloud ecosystem teams.
Basic proficiency in Spanish to facilitate collaboration with Latin American colleagues.
Previous experience in technical support, cloud operations, infrastructure, or solution engineering.

Responsibilities

Responsible for participating in customer engagements to collaboratively design and implement solutions. Displays product/application understanding through more customized presentation demonstrations to customers and at conferences and events. May work directly with customers to gather requirements, develop architectures and translates business needs into solutions. Implements solutions and ensures successful deployments through code development and scripting. Supports customer from Proof of Concept (POC) through production deployment of services via resource configuration, planning, and customer education/training. Creates and distributes technical assets (white papers, solution code, blog posts, and video demonstrations). Serves as a technical point of contact for customers and sales on technical cloud solutions and customer success. Further builds business and technical acumen.
