About the role and team

The team is looking for a strategic seller to be a member of Uber Ads Chile. As a Client Partner for the Offline Food Delivery Business, you will be responsible for building mutually beneficial Ads partnerships with Restaurants in Chile. You will lead the ads sales strategy for a portfolio of global Restaurants and drive the adoption of an expanding suite of ads offerings across our Mobility and Delivery platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to consistently deliver on our partner's needs.

What you’ll do 

  • Partner with cross-functional teams will be responsible for developing and executing ads partnership strategies that deliver on your Restaurant partners’ needs and exceed quarterly growth goals.
  • Build relationships with the Director, VP, and C-level marketing executives and key marketing decision-makers within partner organizations
  • Employ critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to navigate relationships and difficult partner conversations.
  • Be an indispensable cross-functional partner across the Product, Marketing, and Operations team to ensure we are delivering on partner needs.
  • Expand ads product adoption. Communicate the value of our newest ads products with a lens of creativity to differentiate our offering.
  • Good understanding of Programmatic, DSPs, and Sponsored Products.

Basic Qualifications 

  • 4+ years' experience in end-to-end Enterprise / Large Customer Digital Advertising Sales
  • Experience selling ads solutions to large, complex brands or organizations
  • Pipeline and sales cycle management

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience selling into Restaurants brands, with a specific focus in digital advertising
  • Ability to build and implement strategic sales plans that result in success for our partners and Uber
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Creative storytelling experience with the ability to use data to quantify opportunities and influence decision-makers
  • Strong leadership ability
  • Strong hold on Salesforce, Excel, SQL (good to have)
  • Speed, resourcefulness, and a go-getter mentality.
  • You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and navigating ambiguity
  • Agile, and ability to adapt quickly to challenge
