About the Role
The ADC Chief of Staff is the strategic right hand to the Director of Asia Development Center — a 120+ person engineering organization responsible for Amazon’s device portfolio from concept through mass production. This role offers broad exposure to VP-level strategy, cross-functional leadership across hardware, operations, and product management, and the opportunity to shape how one of Amazon’s most critical hardware teams operates.

Champion AI and technology adoption across ADC, identifying automation opportunities and driving tooling initiatives.
Organization Design & Health
Monitor team health signals and drive organizational efficiency through metrics, connection reports, and leadership workshops.
Facilitate organization transformations and foster employee cohesion through open forums, AMA sessions, and transparent communication.
Resource Planning
Drive operational planning (OP1/OP2) including headcount, budget, narratives, and financial analysis.
Manage headcount requisition prioritization, approval, allocation, and plan-vs-actuals tracking.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
Serve as a communication bridge between ADC leadership, cross-functional teams, and senior stakeholders.
Craft clear written narratives that advance ADC’s strategic proposals and drive alignment.
Facilitate executive staff meetings, offsites, all-hands, and leadership workshops.
