The Front End US Expansion Construction organization is delivering one of the largest semiconductor construction programs in the United States. Our team partners across engineering, construction, operations, and business functions to build world-class manufacturing facilities that will support future technology innovation. The Chief of Staff serves as a strategic advisor and operational partner to the Senior Director of FE US Expansion Construction. In this highly visible role, you will help drive organizational alignment, executive operations, construction performance, and strategic initiatives across major expansion projects in Idaho and New York. This position offers the opportunity to influence key decisions, accelerate project execution, and improve organizational effectiveness in a fast-paced growth environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Senior Director to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, measurable milestones, and successful execution across expansion projects
  • Lead leadership operating rhythms, including staff meetings, business reviews, executive site visits, strategic planning sessions, and performance reviews
  • Develop executive communications, dashboards, presentations, and decision-support materials that provide timely insight into construction performance and organizational priorities
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to resolve risks, remove execution barriers, and drive accountability for project commitments related to schedule, cost, safety, quality, and productivity
  • Drive organizational effectiveness initiatives, governance processes, continuous improvement efforts, and strategic programs sponsored by executive leadership

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Program Management, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in construction, program management, capital projects, business operations, strategic planning, or a related discipline
  • Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives and influencing outcomes across multiple stakeholder groups
  • Experience supporting senior executives, managing executive communications, and driving organizational priorities to completion
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, advanced manufacturing, mission-critical facilities, or large-scale capital construction projects
  • MBA or advanced degree in a technical or business-related field
  • PMP, CCM, or similar professional certification
  • Experience supporting executive leadership teams within construction, engineering, or large project organizations
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365, Power BI, SharePoint, reporting platforms, AI-enabled productivity tools, and executive reporting systems
