Description and Requirements

1. *Account Management & Sales Growth* 

   - Develop and maintain relationships with key retail partners

   - Achieve sales targets for Lenovo’s consumer product portfolio (PCs, tablets, accessories, etc.). 

   - Negotiate commercial terms, promotions, and in-store activations to boost product visibility. 

2. *Market Execution* 

   - Ensure compliance with Lenovo’s retail merchandising standards (POSM, product displays). 

   - Monitor competitor activities and market trends to recommend proactive strategies. 

3. *Collaboration & Operations* 

   - Partner with marketing, supply chain, and training teams to launch campaigns and resolve operational issues. 

   - Analyze sales data to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts. 

4. *Reporting & Strategy* 

   - Provide weekly/monthly reports on sales performance, market insights, and retailer feedback. 

   - Contribute to annual business planning and budgeting for retail accounts.
