  • Support sales forecasting: Build and update the fortnightly forecast pack, working with the relevant Sales Manager to bring together information for the forecasting process.
  • Help shape business discussions: Prepare presentations and supporting materials for meetings, including Quarterly Business Reviews, bringing together insights, progress and priorities.
  • Engage with partners and distributors: Take part in internal and external meetings at HPE and partner offices, gaining first-hand exposure to commercial relationships.
  • Bring partner activities to life: Help organise and deliver events, run activities and represent HPE at sales floor days and enablement sessions.
  • Make processes easier to navigate: Act as a point of contact for partner and distributor questions about HPE tools and processes.
  • Keep audiences informed: Create newsletters, emails and other communications for internal teams, partners and distributors.
  • Coordinate programmes responsibly: Help manage programmes, including incentives, and support associated governance activities.
  • Broaden your experience: Contribute to ad hoc projects across marketing, communications, operations and the wider HPE sales business.

What you’ll gain

  • A practical understanding of how HPE works with partners and distributors across the UK & Ireland.
  • Hands-on experience in sales analysis, forecasting, business reviews and programme coordination.
  • Opportunities to develop your communication and presentation skills through team, partner and distributor engagement.
  • Exposure to different business functions, with opportunities to develop both professional and technical skills.

  • Organisation and adaptability: You manage your time effectively, take a structured approach and prioritise competing tasks in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Clear communication: You can communicate confidently with colleagues, partners and distributors by phone, email and face to face.
  • Collaboration: You enjoy working with others and proactively embrace opportunities to contribute.
