Summary:
Serve as a strategic partner in leveraging data to drive business insights, optimize performance, and support strategic initiatives across the organization. The Senior Data Analyst will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Operations, and Executive Leadership to design, develop, and deliver analytical solutions that influence business decisions.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Performs data extraction, transformation, and analysis to support business performance monitoring and strategic decision-making.
- Develops dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) to communicate data findings effectively.
- Conducts deep-dive analyses to uncover actionable insights, trends, and opportunities to improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.
- Collaborates with stakeholders to gather data requirements and develop models or frameworks that support forecasting, segmentation, and scenario analysis.
- Ensures data accuracy and integrity by developing and enforcing quality control procedures and validation techniques.
- Partners with engineering and data teams to improve data infrastructure and optimize access to clean, structured datasets.
- Presents findings and recommendations to stakeholders with clear business narratives supported by data.
Qualifications:
- 6–8 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and business acumen
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working with large datasets and cross-functional teams
